Upcoming Course: Turning Points in Christianity
As Christians, and especially theologians, it is important to understand our roots: where did Christianity as we know it today, come from? This course is designed to highlight key “turning points” in over 2,000 years of Christian history. We will focus mainly on the events that had a global impact in terms of the developments of the Church worldwide. Special attention is given to the spread of the Christian community in Africa and in Southern Africa specifically.
Students are currently studying literature on this subject, preparing themselves for a class week full of discussion and further learning, which will take place from 2-6 September.
