Upcoming Course: Leadership and Management
We all face leadership challenges in life. Some of us have to take on a leadership role at home, others in the church. Some of us think of political leadership, while others hold a leadership position at work. The same is true for our ESSA students, which is why we provide a leadership course at NQF Level 7 to help them discover and develop their personal leadership styles.
Sometimes, the words “leadership” and “management” are used interchangeably. The course “Leadership and Management” at ESSA, however, delves deeper into the different management challenges we all have to deal with. For example, we will be looking at time management, and how to avoid stress and burnout.
